- Gift Cards will be received and become active within two working days.
- Gift Cards will be sent to the delivery address stated on each individual order, it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure these details are correct.
- Gift Cards are valid for a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift Cards must be redeemed via the relevant business’s store or website, NOT the Living North website.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check the relevant business’s terms and conditions.
- Upon purchase, any customer service enquiries will be handled by the relevant business, NOT Living North.
- Gift Cards must be spent in a single transaction. When the purchase is in excess of the available balance on the card, the difference will need to be paid through any other payment tender accepted by the business.
- All customers must enter the correct payment information. Living North take no liability for transactions which are incorrect as a result of inaccurate data. Your order and payment will be processed and dispatched by Living North and any charges to your debit/credit card statement will show up as Living North Ltd. Once a payment has been received it cannot be cancelled.
- Gift Cards should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Gift Cards are not refundable.
- Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- All businesses involved reserve the right to refuse Gift Cards that are defaced or altered.
- Living North reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
